Cancellation Policy

Pursuant to §§ 355 ff. BGB, Art. 246a EGBGB

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract (i.e. from the day you created your account or subscribed to a paid plan).

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Niklas Heist, Lenbachstraße 16, 10245 Berlin, Email: nkls.hst@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.

Meeting the Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Notice for Digital Content and Services

Exception to the right of cancellation (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB): For digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. immediate access to an online service), the right of cancellation expires prematurely if:

  • the provider has begun performance of the contract, and
  • the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the beginning of performance, that the provider may begin performance, and
  • the consumer has confirmed that by consenting to the beginning of performance, they lose their right of cancellation.

When registering for a paid service where you have agreed to immediate activation, the right of cancellation may therefore expire prematurely. In such cases, we will expressly inform you before conclusion of the contract.
